The 60-Day Baseline Rule
To ensure our maintenance standard can be maintained reliably, residences that have not received professional cleaning within the past 60 days must begin with an initial Deep Reset before transitioning to The Sanctuary.

Cabinetry Faces — Exterior millwork surfaces and hardware hand-wiped
Basins & Vanities — Disinfected, rinsed, and dried edge-to-edge
Showers & Tubs — Hard-water remediation, tile walls wiped, glass partitions squeegeed
Hardware & Traps — Descaled fixtures and polished chrome/matte hardware
Glass & Mirrors — Streak-free perimeter-to-perimeter buff
Vanity Millwork — Exterior cabinetry faces and hardware hand-wiped
Reachable Surfaces — Meticulous dry-microfibre dusting of decor, shelving, and ledges
Sleeping Quarters — Beds dressed and linens straightened (fresh sheets changed if left out)

Operational Boundaries
To safeguard your furnishings and our specialists' health, our recurring maintenance respects strict parameters:
We clean beneath furniture with 4″+ clearance. To prevent floor damage and joinery strain, specialists do not lift or drag sectionals, heavy bed frames, or items exceeding 30 lbs.
Detailing is restricted to surfaces accessible with a standard two-step stool (up to 8 feet / 2.4 metres).
We do not service exterior balconies, active mould infestations, post-renovation drywall silt, or personal interior closet folding.
