The Handover is our complete, all-inclusive restorative service for vacant residences. We do not charge piecemeal add-ons for the spaces you actually need cleaned during a move. Every Handover detailing includes interior appliances, empty cabinetry, interior window glass, and edge-to-edge trim care by default — delivering a turnkey, grocery-ready home the moment you turn the key.
The Handover Standard
No hidden add-ons. Interior oven degreasing, interior refrigerator sanitisation, interior cabinetry wiping, and interior window glass are built into your base rate.
Coordinate access via lockbox, building concierge, or key drop. We execute autonomously between your moving trucks and closing dates.

Operational Boundaries
The Handover is an intensive service engineered specifically for vacant, unfurnished properties. To preserve home finishes and operational focus, strict boundaries apply:
Interior cabinetry and closets must be 100% cleared of personal items, cookware, and trash prior to arrival. Unpack-ready detailing cannot be executed in occupied or cluttered spaces.
Appliances are detailed thoroughly in place. To avoid gouging hardwood flooring or compromising water and gas lines, specialists do not slide, pull out, or disconnect heavy appliances.
We do not use abrasive melamine sponges on walls to prevent strip-burnishing paint sheens. Heavy adhesive tape removal, wall spackling, and touch-up painting are excluded.
We do not handle active pest/mould remediation, bulk trash-out (junk removal), exterior window glazing, or fine post-renovation drywall/silica silt.
